PROCESSING AND PURPOSE:
The processing of personal data, including but not limited to data of customers, suppliers, employees, contractors, advisors, former employees, or anyone with whom Panorama Technologies establishes a permanent or occasional relationship, will be carried out in accordance with the legal framework governing the matter, including, but not limited to tax and commercial regulations, in pursuit of its corporate purpose.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS:
As the data subject of your personal data, you have the right to:
– Access the data that has been processed, free of charge.
– Know, update, and rectify your information in the face of partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented, misleading, or unauthorized processing of data.
– Request proof of the authorization granted.
– Lodge complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of applicable regulations.
– Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data, provided there is no legal or contractual duty to retain it.
– Refrain from answering questions about sensitive data. Responses regarding sensitive data or data about children and adolescents are optional.

PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT TO DATA PROTECTION:
In compliance with data protection regulations, Panorama Technologies SAS provides the following procedure and minimum requirements for exercising your rights:
To file and handle your request, we request the following information:
– Names and surnames
– Identification
– Contact information (physical and/or electronic address and contact numbers)
– Means to receive a response to your request
– Reason(s)/fact(s) giving rise to the complaint with a brief description of the right you wish to exercise (know, update, rectify, request proof of authorization, revoke it, delete, access information)
– Signature (if applicable)
The maximum term provided by law to resolve your complaint is fifteen (15) business days, counted from the day following the date of receipt. When it is not possible to address the complaint within this period, Panorama Technologies SAS will inform the interested party of the reasons for the delay and the date on which the complaint will be addressed, which in no case may exceed eight (8) business days following the expiration of the initial term.
Once the terms established by Law 1581 of 2012 and other regulations that regulate or complement it have been met, the Data Subject to whom the exercise of the rights of access, updating, rectification, deletion, and revocation is denied, in whole or in part, may refer their case to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce – Delegate for the Protection of Personal Data.
VALIDITY:
The databases in which personal data are registered will be valid for as long as the information is kept and used for the purposes described in this policy. Once these purpose(s) have been fulfilled, and provided there is no legal or contractual duty to retain your information, your data will be deleted from our databases.
